Math is the easy way for understand. The math is the universal acceptance of the language throughout the world. The c, c++ is the languages which are similar to math. Negative ÷ Positive = Negative: (-12) ÷ 3 = -4

10/14 = (2 x 5)/ (2 x 7)

From above: + (-) becomes a negative sign.
5+ (-2) = 5 - 2 = 3
